The Employee Music Engagement Programme empowers enterprises to champion employee well-being, foster cross-departmental collaboration, and fulfill key ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals centered on social responsibility and workplace inclusivity.

The initiative mobilises potential corporate singers for team-building sessions, community performances and charity events, integrating smoothly with established CSR strategies and allowing companies to directly drive positive change through the universal language of music.

Rehearsal is the new meeting

Start with a two-hour intervention or build a four-month company choir. Both formats can be customised around company size, culture, objectives, resources, and schedules.

Singspiration Workshop

Accessible vocal mechanics, rhythmic synchronisation, and introductory ensemble singing build immediate cross-team rapport.

Weekly rehearsals build toward a performance at a company or community event, or an HKVC concert.
